What does my SEiNG subscription include?
Your subscription includes everything you need for your cloud video surveillance, including:
- Scalable UK cloud storage
- Cloud gateway (if required)
- Cameras (if required – you can pay upfront or keep what you’ve already got)
- Every SEiNG feature
- Full onboarding support
- Training for your team
- Proactive system health monitoring
SEiNG costs from £5 per month, per camera. Pricing varies depending on resolution, frame rate, whether it’s indoor or outdoor, and retention period.
Contract terms are typically 24-36 months, but this can be flexible depending on your needs.
Your SEiNG quote
Usually after a live demo, we’ll create a quote tailored to your needs.
Your quote will include your requirements, service summary, a finance summary, and important information you should be aware of. It’s all set out clearly and broken down by site, but we’re always on hand if you have any questions!
If you’re happy with your quote, we can get the ball rolling for a 30-day proof of concept if you’d like one. Alternatively, we can get straight to getting SEiNG up and running.

Your first invoice
When your connection goes live, we’ll raise your invoice. Payment will be due immediately for your first invoice, with 30 day terms for your invoices each month thereafter.
