How do I add or remove CCTV cameras from SEiNG Cloud CCTV?
Adding cameras to SEiNG is simple and flexible, whether you’re connecting new devices or integrating existing ones. The Cloud CCTV platform works with any ONVIF– or RTSP-compatible camera, allowing you to keep your current cameras or choose the models that best suit your site. You’re not locked into specific brands, so it’s easy to mix and match cameras to meet your coverage and budget requirements.
Our managed service ensures each camera is connected, configured, and fully operational. We optimise settings for streaming, storage, and alerts so that you get the best possible performance. Once connected, cameras automatically upload footage to the SEiNG Cloud, where it is securely stored, processed, and accessible through your centralised dashboard.

If your user account permits, you can add, remove, and manage your devices on the SEiNG platform. Get an overview of your devices, filter by site, and view device details including uptime and specs. You can also remotely configure your devices on SEiNG and manage PTZ controls.

What happens if a camera goes down?
One of the benefits of SEiNG Managed Software as a Service (MSaaS) is that if your devices go down, we go beyond just sending you an email alert.
