Built for how hospitality actually runs
Very few hospitality businesses run from a single building. Hotel groups, pub and restaurant chains and leisure operators manage a portfolio. That portfolio has usually grown through openings and acquisitions, so it comes with a mix of cameras, recorders and logins that don't talk to each other.
SEiNG is a managed cloud CCTV platform designed for exactly that. Every site, camera and user sits in one dashboard. You can arrange venues by region or brand and plot cameras on site maps and floorplans. Access is set by role, so a general manager sees their own venue and your security lead sees the whole estate. When someone leaves, their access can be removed in seconds.
You don't need to start again with new hardware. SEiNG works with existing ONVIF and RTSP cameras. You can connect sites through a lightweight Cloud Gateway, SEiNG Cloud Cameras or directly over IP, so a new venue can join the estate without a costly rip-and-replace. Our UK team monitors system health around the clock and flags offline cameras before you'd notice anything was wrong.
Find the moment, not the footage
Finding the right few seconds of footage is where investigations usually slow down. SEiNG's AI search lets you filter recordings by people, vehicles, bags, and other attributes, so you go straight to the relevant clip rather than watching hours of video.
From there, the Cases tool keeps notes, clips, labels and documents for an incident in one place. It replaces the usual trail of emails and spreadsheets, and the whole team can work from the same record.
Privacy that stands up to scrutiny
Hospitality CCTV captures guests, staff and members of the public all day, so GDPR is a day-to-day responsibility. SEiNG stores footage in UK data centres. The platform is protected with encryption, single sign-on, two-factor authentication and granular permissions, and it's Cyber Essentials Plus certified.
When footage needs to leave the building, for a subject access request, an insurance claim or a police enquiry, SEiNG's built-in face redaction blurs third parties inside the platform. There's no export-and-edit workaround, and tamper-proof share links mean the recipient sees exactly what you sent, in its original form.
From security tool to operational insight
Cameras are already watching your venues, and SEiNG helps you get more from them. You can set custom alerts for activity in back-of-house areas, people in restricted zones or movement after closing, so your team hears about problems as they happen rather than the next morning.
EPOS integration puts transaction data such as voids, refunds and till openings alongside the video, which makes checking a discrepancy a quick job. People counting, dwell time and heatmaps show how guests move through a bar, lobby or restaurant floor, which helps with staffing and layout decisions.
See it live on stand HT1230
The best way to understand SEiNG is to try it. On stand HT1230, we'll run live demos of the full platform: multi-site management, AI search, redaction, alerts and analytics. We'll also talk through what a rollout could look like across your estate, including a 30-day proof of concept on your own cameras.
Come and find us at ExCeL London on 29–30 September. Or if you can't make it, watch a 5-minute demo here.
