Security Role Matrix
SEiNG provides three base roles: Admin, Editor, and Guest. Access to sites, cameras, or features can be enabled or disabled at the role level, ensuring that all accounts inheriting the role follow the same restrictions in the UI.
For added flexibility, SEiNG supports custom roles, allowing you to tailor permissions beyond the default options.

Roles Explained
Admin
Can manage all SEiNG features and settings, including creating and editing sub-accounts or sub-users.
Editor
Can create alerts and adjust settings but cannot create or manage user accounts.
Guest
Has view-only access with no ability to create alerts or change settings.
Custom
Extends a base role with more fine-grained user access, allowing specific features or pages to be enabled or disabled. Create as many custom roles as needed.
